2014 CRM Watchlist Names Infusionsoft Elite Winner

Annual CRM industry award grants first time ever “Elite” status to just five companies

(Chandler, Ariz. - Feb. 25, 2014) Infusionsoft, creator of the leading sales and marketing software for small businesses, has been named an Elite Winner of the 2014 CRM Watchlist. Alongside other Elite winners that include Salesforce.com and Microsoft, Infusionsoft was given the special designation for its focus on true small businesses and the incredible success the company has had with this segment of the market. In its fifth year, the CRM Watchlist is an impact award that highlights the most influential CRM companies in the industry, and is led by noted analyst, author and influencer Paul Greenberg.

Greenberg says in his review of Infusionsoft, “Not only has Infusionsoft delivered the revenue, but what Infusionsoft provided in 2013 and beyond is the trappings and the framework, for a complete Service Ecosystem. A clearinghouse for all that 25 and under small businesses need for software, training and tools.”

This is the third time Infusionsoft has been named to the CRM Watchlist. The company has differentiated itself in an increasingly crowded market with its laser focus on small business. Greenberg emphasizes Infusionsoft is more than just a technology company, offering extensive services, support, partners and applications that are geared toward helping small businesses achieve big things.

“It is a humbling honor to see Infusionsoft named in this Elite group of winners. We are so grateful to Paul for spending time with us over the years, getting to know our team, culture and our vision,” says Greg Head, chief marketing officer of Infusionsoft. “We understand the passions, the challenges and the will to succeed behind every small business owner. Our extensive ecosystem of products, services and local partners is focused on supporting entrepreneurs by simplifying sales and marketing so they can spend more time doing what they love.”

One of the ways Infusionsoft recognizes and equips small businesses with tools they need to be more successful is through its annual small business conference, ICON. ICON14 will be held April 23-25 at the Phoenix Convention Center. The conference will bring together more than 3,000 small business owners and entrepreneurs from around the world to network, learn and share business growth strategies.

Greenberg adds, “At Infusionsoft’s annual ICON conference in 2013 they had 2,500 attendees who were clearly passionately involved with the company. This year they expect 3,000 of the same. What is noticeable is the presence of the same kind of fanboy that made Apple iconic. Infusionsoft seems to command that kind of respect in the small business world. They have 18,000 VSB (very small businesses) that they serve. They are noticed by the market.”
