Infusionsoft pricing starts at $99 a month for the basic plan and includes one user account, contact management, marketing automation and unlimited emails. Infusionsoft software empowers small business owners to store contact information, such as name, address, phone number, and email, and activity history in a single central customer relationship tool (CRM) and segment data and analyze information tied to prospects, leads and customers.
In addition to storing and segmenting contacts for $99 monthly, small business owners can personalize communication, create campaigns, and build professional-looking emails and landing pages with ready-made templates.
With Infusionsoft, small business owners also have access to nearly 250 native and supported integrations such as ecommerce, email and websites. As leads come in, they are automatically populated into data fields, saving valuable time. Integration partners include Microsoft Outlook, Google Mail, Zendesk, WordPress and Zapier.
Centralized billing can also be handled by Infusionsoft as an all-in-one payment and invoicing tool. Infusionsoft sends quotes and invoices, accepts credit card payment and track whose paid. Infusionsoft payment functionality allows business owners to get out of the bill collecting business through customized quotes and invoices and automatic notifications to customers when an invoice is due or past due. Infusionsoft also allows small businesses to set up daily, weekly or monthly payments based on need. Businesses can send an invoice to customers and accept credit cards with a PayNow button, receive payment online through an order form and accept payments in person thru a mobile device by manually entering credit card info. The moment a payment is made to an invoice, Infusionsoft updates the invoice as paid, so records are always accurate and current. Because the payment feature is already built into the app, business owners just need to connect their bank accounts and pay a flat, low fee of 2.9 percent or 30 cents for each transaction.
While all of this is functionality is part of the $99 monthly plan, extra accounts are available for $29 a month.
If you’re looking to incorporate ecommerce to sell products, services or subscriptions, Infusionsoft’s online storefront, order forms and shopping cart can be purchased starting at $158 monthly. If you need to manage your sales pipeline, Infusionsoft can automatically qualify leads, set reminders, trigger automated emails, track sales team activity and view forecasts and reports. Adding this feature also starts at $158 per month. To add both the ecommerce and sales pipeline functionality, pricing starts at $217 per month.
Regardless of the plan, Infusionsoft customers also have access to our marketplace, virtual events, help center, community forums, help finding a partner, and coaching. A one-time service fee of $299 (formerly $1,999) for new user training (which we call Kickstart) is not included in that monthly quote. During Kickstart, small business owners can work one-on-one with a Getting Started coach to learn key functions and features of the platform, how to create a campaign which gets leads and closes more sales and where your biggest growth opportunities are.
