Recognized for Strong Leadership, Growth Opportunities and a Shared Purpose
(Chandler, Ariz. – Sept. 29, 2014) Infusionsoft today announces it ranked in FORTUNE magazine at No. 13 by Great Place to Work® as one of the best medium-size workplaces in the U.S. This is the third year Infusionsoft, creator of the leading sales and marketing software for small businesses, has made the list.
“It’s an honor to be recognized alongside businesses with great workplace cultures like Clif Bar & Co., Etsy, ZocDoc and the other 21 companies on the list,” said Clate Mask, co-founder and CEO of Infusionsoft. “I’m thrilled to see we ranked No. 13, up four spots from last year, but in my mind I know we’re number one. We’re helping thousands of small businesses around the world find their version of success, and our people understand the impact their individual roles have in this. As a purpose-driven organization, this fuels our culture of performance and is essential in what makes Infusionsoft a great place to work. With our passionate people, purpose and core values, there’s no doubt in my mind we are the greatest place to work in the world.”
Infusionsoft participated in a rigorous selection process, which included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about benefits programs and company practices. Great Place to Work® evaluated hundreds of applications from across the country using its unique methodology based on five dimensions of a great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Highlights from the Great Place to Work® survey results include:
- 95 percent of employees believe their work is more than just a job – it has special meaning.
- 96 percent of employees report they often or almost always carry meaningful responsibilities and are proud of their accomplishments, community impact and Infusionsoft’s reputation in the world.
- 93 percent say managers show sincere interest in them as a person, not just as an employee.
- With respect to integrity, 95 percent say Infusionsoft's management is honest and ethical in its business practices, and nine out of 10 employees say managers' actions match their words.
“What really sets Infusionsoft apart is the passion our employees share, not only for helping small businesses, but also for helping each other and the company grow,” said Hal Halladay, chief people officer. “Our people support each other at all levels, whether it’s mentoring one another or in getting a helping hand during a family crisis. We’re a great place to work in large part because our people have enormous care in everything they do.”
Infusionsoft was the only company headquartered in Arizona to make this year’s medium-size workplace list.
