Infusionsoft unlocks new possibilities for UK small businesses by uniting the power of payments and sales and marketing automation
(Chandler, Ariz. – June 14, 2016) Infusionsoft today announced the continued evolution of its payments offering for small businesses, including Infusionsoft Payments availability in the United Kingdom and updates to Infusionsoft Mobile Payments in the United States. Driven by the continued momentum of the company’s existing offerings, the expansion of Infusionsoft Payments makes it even easier for small businesses to process more transactions while nurturing customer relationships.
The UK is the third largest e-commerce market in the world, making it a natural fit for Infusionsoft Payments. Seamlessly integrated with Infusionsoft’s powerful sales and marketing platform, Infusionsoft Payments allows small businesses to trigger marketing automation tailored specifically to their customers’ unique purchasing habits immediately after the point of sale. This allows small businesses to enhance customer relationships with every processed transaction.
“By expanding our payments offerings to small businesses in the UK and evolving Infusionsoft Payments in the U.S., Infusionsoft is helping more small businesses achieve success,” said Terry Hicks, Chief Product Officer. “With Infusionsoft Payments’ integration with our platform, the swipe of a card has the potential to catalyze a rich customer relationship.”
Infusionsoft Payments has competitive pricing compared to other small business payment solutions, charging a competitive, low, flat rate per transaction. All merchants must be based in the UK, have a UK bank account, and must transact and settle in GBP via Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards. Infusionsoft Payments is now available for all UK customers and is already available in the U.S. and Canada.
Since introducing the product in the U.S. a year ago, Infusionsoft has processed more than $48 million through Infusionsoft Payments. Infusionsoft annually processes more than $2 billion through its e-commerce platform and sees another $2 billion processed through third-party integrations.
“With Infusionsoft Payments, I am able to focus on what’s most important to my business: serving my customers and growing my revenue,” said Ashley Marshall, owner of JumpWorks, a marketing services company based in England. “Not only was the approval and setup process easy, it also seamlessly integrates with Infusionsoft’s sales and marketing automation platform, allowing me to send targeted messaging to my customers based on their actions and needs. I can now process more transactions and enhance the experience for my customers at the same time.”
Updates to Infusionsoft Mobile Payments
Infusionsoft customers are constantly on the go and Infusionsoft Mobile Payments allows them to make transactions anywhere at any time. In an effort to continue to improve upon the Infusionsoft customer experience, Infusionsoft Mobile Payments has undergone some recent updates to take the pain out of credit card processing, including:
- A credit card auto-update feature enabling Infusionsoft Payments to automatically receive updated customer credit card information after their card expires, is updated by the issuer, or is replaced with a new card.
- A contact sync automatically finds and updates a customer’s contact information in the Infusionsoft database after swiping their credit card.
- Ability to setup recurring billing capabilities supporting subscriptions.
- A sleek new look and durable design for the EMV-compliant mobile card reader. The mobile card reader can purchased for $29.99.
