Recognized for Promoting Performance, Entrepreneurship and Empowering Employees, Infusionsoft Ranks No. 17 on the List
(Chandler, Ariz. - Oct. 2 , 2013) Infusionsoft, creator of the all-in-one sales and marketing software for small businesses, was named by Great Place to Work® as one of the best small and medium workplaces in the United States on their annual list, published online in FORTUNE magazine. Ranking No.17, this is the second time Infusionsoft has made the list. The annual ranking of companies recognizes businesses that offer outstanding workplaces.
Infusionsoft Co-Founder and CEO Clate Mask believes in motivating employees by uniting them in the company’s purpose to help small businesses succeed.
“Our commitment to employee success isn’t just an empty philosophy but a set of core values that we practice every day,” said Mask. “All of our employees are considered company ‘founders’ to instill a sense of ownership and empowerment, and they’re encouraged to contribute their own innovations and entrepreneurial ideas to the cause. Our Vision guides our culture, which inspires the performance that has driven Infusionsoft’s amazing year-over-year growth. By creating an environment of trust and support, we’ve built a team that’s truly dedicated to our customers’ success.”
Infusionsoft features unique workplace amenities like a fully stocked cereal bar, onsite fitness center, locker rooms, a game room and more. The environment is a direct result of the performance-driven culture that has employees continuously raising the bar for how they can help small businesses succeed.
“I believe what really sets Infusionsoft apart from other companies is our deliberate culture of care,” said Anita Grantham, vice president of culture development. “While we’re definitely passionate about helping small businesses thrive, we’re just as passionate about creating an environment where employees can challenge themselves and grow.”
Competing against hundreds of companies across the country, Infusionsoft participated in a rigorous selection process for Great Place to Work®, which included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about benefits programs and company practices. Great Place to Work® evaluates each application using its unique methodology based on five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Infusionsoft hosted Great Place to Work® conference attendees at the Chandler, Ariz. headquarters Tuesday, September 17 for a pre-conference site visit. Attendees had the opportunity to tour Infusionsoft’s facility, learn more about the company’s award-winning culture and participate in a discussion with the Infusionsoft executive team.
This award continues a successful year for the small business champion. To accommodate their expanding workforce of nearly 500 employees, Infusionsoft relocated to a new 90,000 square foot headquarters in Chandler, Ariz., with plans to reach 1,000 employees and 100,000 customers by 2016.
