Sales and Marketing Software Leader for Small Businesses Recognized for Outstanding Company Culture
(Gilbert, Ariz.) - Infusionsoft, the leader in sales and marketing automation software for small businesses, announced today it has been named one of the Best Small Workplaces in the U.S. The annual list, presented by the Great Place to Work Institute and Entrepreneur, recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures. In its eighth year, the competition is divided into two categories, Small (50-250 employees) and Medium (251-999 employees). Infusionsoft ranked No. 15 on the Best Small Workplace list.
Infusionsoft was selected among hundreds of companies vying for a place on the list this year. The selection process included an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about the company's programs and company practices. Great Place to Work then evaluates each application using its unique methodology based on five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
"It is such an honor to be ranked nationally as a Great Place to Work," says Infusionsoft Co-founder and CEO Clate Mask. "Our philosophy has always been that your culture attracts the right people, ejects the wrong people, and helps guide a company's path to success. We recognize that every employee plays a vital role in helping Infusionsoft fulfill on our dream to revolutionize the way small businesses grow."
This is not the first workplace award Infusionsoft has won this year. Last month, Mask was named the 2011 Ed Denison Business Leader of the Year by The Arizona Technology Council and Arizona Commerce Authority. Infusionsoft also took home the title of 'Arizona's Most Admired Companies' as part of a new program launched by BestCompaniesAZ and Arizona Business Magazine. The company also made the 2011 Inc. 500/5000 list for the fifth consecutive year, an annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. published by Inc. Magazine.
Infusionsoft's unique culture is built around core values, creating a place that cares as much about employee development as it does customer success. Employees have access to great perks like movie theater-style popcorn, massage chairs, casual dress code, quiet reading nooks, a smoothie maker and the company's famous cereal bar, which offers dozens of varieties. Infusionsoft's 30,000 square-foot converted warehouse features an indoor football field and basketball court. Employees who go above and beyond to serve customers and one another are rewarded with perks like keys to the company's Nissan Z, cash bonuses and premium covered parking spaces. Plus, the company's 'Built to Last' team arranges monthly courses focused on personal and professional development.
Organizations named one of Entrepreneur's Great Place to Work see many benefits that include better financial performance, less employee turnover, higher levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, more innovative and creative thinking, higher productivity and enhanced public perception.
