Infusionsoft Bolsters Leadership Bench with Key Exec Team Add and Marketing and Sales Hires

Technology veterans Deanna Pickering, Vidya Chadaga, Doug Sechrist and Brian Campbell strengthen Infusionsoft’s leadership position  

(Chandler, Ariz. – June 22, 2016) Infusionsoft today announced the appointment of Deanna Pickering, its general counsel, to the executive team. The company also announced several key leadership hires in sales and marketing: Vidya Chadaga as vice president of marketing; Doug Sechrist as vice president of demand marketing; and Brian Campbell as vice president of sales. Each addition brings valuable experience leading teams at global technology companies, and will prove vital in accelerating Infusionsoft’s continued growth in the small business market.

Deanna Pickering, General Counsel

Pickering’s appointment to the C-Suite recognizes the importance of having an experienced senior legal executive at the highest level of leadership. She’ll prove instrumental in guiding Infusionsoft through the next stage of growth and will be closely involved in the most strategic conversations.

Since joining the company in 2014, Pickering quickly built a legal team focused on streamlining and accelerating the company’s legal processes to support a seamless experience for employees, customers and partners. With more than 20 years of general in-house experience, Pickering specializes in building and leading the legal function for growing technology firms. She served as the first in-house counsel of Insight Enterprises, through the company’s IPO and later as general counsel. She also was general counsel of Lumension, now HEAT Software.

Vidya Chadaga, Vice President of Marketing

Chadaga joins Infusionsoft from Marketo, a provider of engagement marketing software and solutions, where as head of solution and industry marketing, she was responsible for the strategic vision and performance of the company’s consumer and industry practice. She also led the team responsible for taking Marketo’s products to small, medium and enterprise businesses. Her impressive leadership career also includes time at some of the world’s forefront technology companies like, SAP, Oracle and IBM, as well as fast-growth SaaS companies like ServiceMax and Cast Iron.

Chadaga will leverage her nearly two decades of experience to refine Infusionsoft’s marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, product positioning and brand messaging. She’ll lead the product marketing, public relations, events and customer marketing teams.

Doug Sechrist, Vice President of Demand Generation

With 15 years of experience at high-growth SaaS companies, Sechrist brings a proven record of building and leading successful demand marketing teams to Infusionsoft. His career includes time at technology staples and fast-growth companies like Taleo, Eloqua and Five9. He left his mark at these companies with his ability to achieve sustained success by uniting sales and marketing teams through process, automation and shared metrics.

At Infusionsoft, Sechrist is focused on accelerating awareness and demand for Infusionsoft’s products and services through targeted marketing programs. He leads customer acquisition, content marketing, partner marketing and marketing operations teams.

Brian Campbell, Vice President of Sales

Campbell brings deep sales experience gathered over his nearly 20 year career. Prior to joining Infusionsoft, he spent his time at CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider, where he led large sales teams to consistently surpass company goals.  Starting as an account manager moving through the ranks to leading the Western regional team, he understands how to connect and motivate team members at all levels.

Campbell will lead a sales team of more than 80, overseeing sales operations, sales development and regional sales and partner teams.
