Clate has been educating and inspiring entrepreneurs for over a decade, and is recognized by the small business community as a visionary leader. His passion for small business success stems from his personal experience taking Infusionsoft from a struggling startup to an eight-time Inc. 500/5000 winner. As CEO, Clate is leading Infusionsoft on its mission to create and dominate the market of sales and marketing software for small businesses.

Under Clate's leadership, Infusionsoft has landed four rounds of venture capital including a $55 million Series D led by Bain Capital Ventures with contributions from prior investors, Signal Peak Ventures and Goldman Sachs. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, a Top 100 Small Business Influencer by Small Business Trends, one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2013 by Goldman Sachs, and Business Leader of the Year by the Arizona Technology Council.

Clate is a national speaker on entrepreneurship and small business success, and co-author of the New York Times bestseller Conquer the Chaos: How to Grow a Successful Small Business Without Going Crazy. Clate has a B.A. in Economics from Arizona State University, as well as an MBA and a J.D. from Brigham Young University.

Since founding Infusionsoft in 2004 with his brother Eric, Scott has been on a mission to revolutionize the way small businesses grow. As co-founder of Infusionsoft and senior vice president of product strategy, Scott leverages his entrepreneurial background, keen understanding of small business, and expertise in Lifecycle Marketing to help drive Infusionsoft forward. He is the co-author of the New York Times bestseller Conquer the Chaos: How to Grow a Successful Small Business Without Going Crazy.

Scott has been instrumental in fostering an award-winning culture at Infusionsoft, which has been named a “Best Place to Work” for seven years running. He holds a B.S. in computer information systems from Arizona State University.

Curtis is a proven Silicon Valley finance executive with a unique blend of public SaaS and technology investment banking experience. As Infusionsoft's chief financial officer, he oversees the company’s corporate finance, accounting, legal and investor relations departments.

Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Curtis spent more than three years as CFO of Keynote Systems, a public SaaS company specializing in cloud testing and monitoring, where he drove revenue growth, profitability expansion and operational efficiencies. Additionally, he has advised leading technology companies and executed multiple IPO and M&A transactions as a Managing Director at GCA Savvian Advisors and as a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Group.

Curtis received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University and later went on to earn his MBA at University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.

Terry joins Infusionsoft after 15 years in leadership roles at Intuit. He understands how the right software solutions, services, and access to a strong partner network can positively impact the lives of small business owners and employees. He led the creation and growth of numerous businesses and QuickBooks ecosystem offerings including QuickBooks Simple Start and QuickBooks Online Payroll, and established from the ground up the now $600 million payments business. In his most recent role, Terry was vice president and general manager of Intuit QuickBooks Online, where he grew the business from 450,000 subscribers in the United States to more than 840,000 subscribers in over 120 countries.

As Infusionsoft's chief product officer, Terry drives the company’s global product strategy, including product management, product development and operations, email operations, payments, and business development. He also leads Infusionsoft's Marketplace, which is comprised of a full suite of services, integration APIs, and apps designed to help small businesses succeed. He’s passionate about small business success and works to simplify the lives of entrepreneurs around the world.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with family and friends; exploring nature on foot, bicycle, or skis; advising entrepreneurs on how to solve complex problems with simple experiences; and mentoring people to see possibilities beyond their current realities and achieve success they otherwise thought unimaginable.

Hal currently serves as Chief People Officer at Infusionsoft and is a seasoned SaaS executive with a proven track record of building value in companies through people. As Chief People Officer, Hal scales Infusionsoft's capacity to grow by developing leaders and creating operational excellence across the organization. He leads Infusionsoft's people and operations functions. He creates and executes the strategies that enable high performance and that preserve and foster Infusionsoft's award-winning workplace culture. Hal was co-founder and CEO of NorthSky, a website hosting company that was acquired by About.com and currently is operated by United Online as Freeservers. He also co-founded a business blog network that provides content to help small businesses.

Hal began his career as an investment banker working for Kidder Peabody (acquired by UBS/PaineWebber) where he provided financial advisory and capital for growth stage businesses. Hal has focused his career on developing leaders and helping employees become their best selves. With nearly three decades of experience in enabling and building high growth companies, Hal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Infusionsoft. Hal received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.A. in finance from the University of Utah. As a Father of four, he has spent most of his spare time coaching youth sports but also enjoys music, adventure cycling, snowboarding and surfing.

As Infusionsoft's General Counsel, Deanna Pickering leads the legal team in support of the company's purpose to help small businesses succeed. She guides all legal requirements for the business and ensures strong performance in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while identifying and removing roadblocks that may hinder Infusionsoft’s success. Her role is instrumental in guiding the company through the next stage of growth.

Deanna has more than two decades' experience as an attorney and has served at multiple fast-growth technology companies. Her noted career includes time at as the first in-house counsel of Insight Enterprises, through the company's IPO and later as general counsel. She was also general counsel at Lumension (now HEAT software), and was a key legal asset at Revana (formerly known as Direct Alliance Corporation). Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Pickering got a taste of small business firsthand as the owner of a successful solo practice.

In 2014, Deanna was a finalist for Arizona Business Magazine's Arizona Corporate Counsel Award. She obtained her J.D. at the University of Tulsa's College of Law, and holds a B.A. with Honors in Political Science from Oklahoma State University.
