The Channel Program Manager is responsible for the channel-wide execution and coordination of programs which span product, marketing (promotions, pricing), revenue expansion (payments add-ons, upgrades), partner tools (portal), and channel incentive/compensation programs. The Manager reports into the Head of Partner Programs and Experience (Kim Mortensen), and will frequently interact with top partners in both the ICP, TA, and Influencer channels. The Manager will work cross-functionally with the Region leadership, TA/Influencer channel leader, product marketing, communications, and partner coaching and training team. The Manager will also provide some direction to key support teams in IT, tech support, and product as needed to drive towards an exceptional partner experience. The manager will be a “visible” and well-known executor and knowledge source for Infusionsoft’s top partners.
- Work with teams to create an improved partner experience, and ultimately higher customer success.
- Drive an increase in revenue in the partner channels through new programs and incentives.
- Enable a consistent and methodical process for introducing and evangelizing new products and GTM programs to the partner channels
- Will spend time “in the field” with Partners and Regional Partner Managers at partner meetings and event
- Cross-functional work with key internal and external stakeholders to both strategize and execute on new initiativeS
- Build a strong knowledge of the Infusionsoft product and different programs
- Experience working within or with a Partner channel
- Strong understanding of a SaaS business
- 3+ years of experience working in Marketing, Channel Sales, and/or Product Marketing
- Channel Marketing experience is a plus
- College Degree (BA/BS)
