Who We Are and What We’re Looking For…

We are the Assurance Team and we serve as a cross-functional support team.  Our mission is to increase operational efficiencies, maximize customer/employee satisfaction, and drive revenue for Infusionsoft. Our team empowers Infusionites with resources that allow them to do their jobs more effectively, enriched by best practices and enabled by analytical insights as measured by customer satisfaction.  We are looking for a Training Specialist.   We need someone who is extremely passionate about helping our internal stakeholders succeed through on-going development and operational excellence.  

The Work (Big 3):

  1. Help establish our end-to-end internal training curriculum from onboarding to skills reinforcement.  Providing quarterly itemized agendas and calendars of training content.
  2. Partnering with the L&D organization to enable curriculum into the LMS for certification and tracking purposes
  3. Identifying gaps in the current skills, competencies and knowledge of our employee base and deploying remediation plans to address


Daily Execution Excellence:

  • Manage the development of curriculum materials for both online and in-person delivery platforms
  • Utilize an established curriculum development methodology and design curriculum that satisfies the specific needs of your target audience
  • Develop strong working relationships with subject matter experts to validate course design and content
  • Maintain courses by keeping abreast of release changes that may affect content, and by gathering feedback from participants, trainers, and SMEs
  • Focus on the expected outcomes, based on the audience’s prior skills, experience, expectations and needs, and design a course based on the available technology, budget and time
  • Produce quality course material including: design documents, student materials, presentation slides, instructor guides, job aids, workbooks, assessments and certification questions using the salesforce.com standard development process and templates
  • Manage multiple projects at once and ensure high quality deliverables on short timelines
  • Perform all phases of curriculum development (research, planning, writing, organizing, managing, review cycles)
  • Guide subject matter experts in writing and presenting materials.
  • Edit and apply style rules to content, and ensure compliance with disclosure policies and other rules.
  • Administrate content vehicles including not not limited to;  Community,  Internal Knowledge Base, Help Center and Learn Tools  


  • Strong understanding of and passion for Small Businesses
  • 3-5 years sales and/or sales training experience
  • Knowledge of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry, with particular expertise in Service or Sales organizations
  • Possess graphic design sensibility and just can’t stand it when outdated branding crosses your desk
  • Have had exposure to or experience with agile methodology
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization
  • Track record of innovation in developing training solutions with a portfolio of projects for various audiences
  • Demonstrated skills in a variety of educational technologies including learning management systems, curriculum databases, electronic instructional design tools, web-based applications, graphic design, and multimedia educational products such as screen-based simulation and other multimedia based formats (e.g., Adobe product suite such as Captivate and Illustrator, Camtasia, Articulate, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication, writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to write for different audiences and delivery modalities
  • Understanding of instructional design, adult learning theory, and alternative learning methods
  • Conduct thorough research, boast good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
