"The search feature on it is really awesome being able to find people. You can find them by telephone numbers so when your caller ID comes up and somebody calls in, you can already have that up before you call them back if you missed the call. Downloading reports is incredibly easy with the different clients that we work with. We have got a couple of different fulfillment systems that we go through. I can download the report. Once I get the orders, I can specify what information I want for what reports because I don't want my fulfillment team getting the credit card numbers, but I don't want to necessarily click on each one of those buttons every single time. So, I save that report just for my fulfillment team. For my system, for my uses, I may need that information. So, you can download exactly specific information that you need and then reuse that report day in and day out every time you need to download that information for your fulfillment team. Uploading information, one of my clients has several different ways that they get leads. So, I download those leads every day from those and then I upload them into Infusion. The way the campaigns are set up, it is very specific. If I am uploading it from x system, it gets loaded into x campaign. If I upload from y system, it gets loaded into y campaign. It keeps track of the affiliates. It keeps track of what campaign promotion code they responded to. So, when my clients log in, they can see exactly what add campaigns are working, what campaigns aren't working, the response rate. From there, once they are in the campaign, they can see the response rate on a campaign too. It has been really useful for that.

The most helpful thing during the implementation process has been the online tutorials... they are phenomenal! My staff loves them! These tutorials make your product a winner compared to other solutions where you need to read a 400-page users guide (which you don't read and so you don't end up using the software)."
