"I like this software a lot - after some initial struggles with swapping over the emails and integrating it with our use of Outlook, we've found it very easy to use. In fact, thanks to a new method of working with tasks etc. I have an EMPTY inbox for the first time in 6 years! Being based in the UK but with a global business, traditionally NOT an information marketing company, I think we found the implementation of the software more challenging than if we had started from scratch. But overall, even if we haven't really tested it yet on our new info marketing products, I feel happy that the level of support we receive will help us master it fairly quickly. The implementation went surprisingly smoothly, and even more surprising is the way my team has adapted to it."
