We were given a wonderful tour of the system by phone, introduced to the training videos and the weekly call-in support.

Of course we jumped in with a teleseminar project which required surveys, forms, sales, emails, etc. Every piece of putting this project together was supported by the Infusion Team! Every time we ran into a snag, the support team was there to get us back on track. The dedicated staff there went way above and beyond expectations to assist us with some of the time sensitive parts of our project, on occasion, even stayed late to make sure our piece went out flawlessly.

"I honestly can't stop thinking how great of an investment Infusion CRM is. Sure it's a bigger investment than other systems but it's also the most intuitive, easy to use, and sophisticated solution out there. You really do get what you pay for. With other systems I've used I would wait for phone support for almost an hour, but with Infusion I'm usually done, up and running in half that or less.

The support is no short of awesome! I'm really not exaggerating. Whenever I call Infusion support about any problem, big or small, they're always so patient and eager to help. A lot of times they even fix my problems FOR me or in the least point me in the right direction and wait until I figure things out. Plus, they often follow up with me via email to make sure everything turned out okay.

Even with my initial merchant account difficulties, the Infusion team extended themselves and spent countless hours helping me find workarounds and solutions. They even were in contact with the merchant account company directly! Are these guys that crazy that they spend that much time helping ONE customer?! guess they are... no wonder they claim they have "fanatical" support."
