"I love Infusion Software this week...this week I learned how to AUTOMATE MY BUSINESS.

Let's say that you have products that are ready to ship. I set up a fulfillment company that ships my customers whatever they order. Infusion handled this pretty easily. I uploaded a CSV file and the fulfillment company shipped it out. Then I emailed the customer a receipt. I followed so many steps.

This week I learned a SIMPLE, EASY method: ONLINE SALES FORMS. All of our orders are entered by using an online sales form. One of the simple steps is the action sequences that allow me to do a RANGE of actions associated per order that runs completely on AUTOPILOT. For example, as an order is entered by the customer or one of our sales reps, and the credit card runs through successfully, I have it set to automatically EMAIL the fulfillment company the customer's information then, it sends an email automatically to the customer giving them the order confirmation. Finally, if there is anything for us to do with regards to fulfilling, I send an email to that person.

It all happens automatically and we can grow our business to infinity!"
