I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for the Infusionsoft Customer Referral Program and the Infusionsoft terms of service.

  1. All current Infusionsoft subscribers in good standing can participate in the Infusionsoft Customer Referral Program.
  2. For every referral you provide who becomes a paying Infusionsoft customer within 12 months of date you submitted this form, you will receive one referral reward valued at up to $600. Rewards are listed on the Infusionsoft website ( http://www.infusionsoft.com/refer ) and are subject to change at any time without notice.
  3. The referrals you provide cannot be an existing Infusionsoft user, someone who has a terminated Infusionsoft account within the last 6 months, or someone who was previously referred to Infusionsoft by another person. If the lead is already in the system, you will not get credit.
  4. All referrals must be entered at http://www.infusionsoft.com/refer or submitted to an Infusionsoft employee using an approved form. It is the referrer's responsibility to ensure this form gets filled out correctly for the referral tracking to take place. Referrers must enter all required fields. Referral rewards will be distributed and tracked based on the referrer's application name. All referral records must indicate the referrer's application name at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
  5. Customers who are enrolled in any of Infusionsoft's partner programs will not be eligible for the Customer Referral Program. They will be bound by the terms & conditions of their partner agreement.
  6. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed. You may only send a referral email to people that you personally know. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume may result in the cancellation of your Infusionsoft account and any outstanding referral rewards.
  7. Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the Infusionsoft Customer Referral Program may result in cancellation of your Infusionsoft account and the revocation of your referral rewards.
  8. Infusionsoft is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or referred friends while participating in the program.
  9. Rewards will be distributed 30 days after the referral has purchased an Infusionsoft subscription.
  10. Infusionsoft reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on the website.
