  1. What is follow-up failure?

  3. What does 'hosted software' (or web-based, web-powered, ASP, on-demand, SaaS) mean?
  4. They all mean the same thing; these terms refer to the type of software that is offered over the internet. In other words, you don't have to install anything on your computer but instead you access the software via a web browser. We worry about the technical stuff (security, servers, data protection, etc) and you worry about your business. Plus, you can access it from anywhere in the world as long as you've got an internet connection!

  5. How much does Infusionsoft cost?

  7. What makes Infusionsoft different from other marketing, sales, or CRM solutions?
  8. Infusionsoft is Automated Follow-up Marketing software built specifically for entreprenuers with 2-25 employees. Unlike other marketing, sales, or CRM solutions that are not much more than static databases, Infusionsoft is an automated marketing and follow-up MACHINE that enables you to do things you never thought possible in your business.

  9. Do I have to double opt-in (confirm opt-in) my email list when I buy Infusionsoft?
  10. Infusionsoft does not require double opt-in, but we highly advise all our customers to take advantage of the improved deliverability that double opt-in provides. We do have separate networks for single opt-in and double opt-in subscribers and we strongly recommend double opt-in in order to maximize email deliverability.

  11. Which Merchant Gateways do you support?
  12. Ask your sales consultant for the latest list of Gateways and Merchant Account Providers that we support (i.e. Authorize.net, BluePay, LinkPoint, PayPal, see a full list.)

  13. How long does it take to set up Infusionsoft?
  14. Our goal is for you to start getting value out of your Infusionsoft in as little as one day. Basic setup typically takes 20 days, however as you use more of the software and realize its capabilities, you will want to set more & more up!

  15. What information can I import into Infusionsoft from my existing software?
  16. You can import basic contact information with the standard import tool in Infusionsoft. You may also purchase import assistance for additional information such as orders, contact notes, affiliate information, products, accounts, sales opportunities, etc. All information must be imported from .CSV file format.

  17. How does Infusionsoft integrate into my website?
  18. Infusionsoft will link to your website via web forms, sale forms, and the shopping cart in order to collect information for and automate the follow-up process for new leads, event registrations, sales, membership registration, etc.

  19. Does Infusionsoft integrate with Quickbooks or other accounting software?
  20. Yes, Infusionsoft integrates with Quickbooks through .IIF format. Talk to your setup consultant or our support team if you would like to enable the Quickbooks integration. For other accounting software programs, .IIF will often work, or you can download your orders to .CSV from Infusionsoft and import into your accounting software.

  21. Does Infusionsoft integrate with Outlook?
  22. Not currently. The ETA for Outlook integration is early spring 2009.

  23. Does Infusionsoft handle all the back office stuff?
  24. Infusionsoft is Automated Marketing software for entreprenuers that want to grow their business. We recognize that marketing touches all aspects of the business (or should!), so our software includes inventory, eCommerce, invoicing, and billing tools built into the software. To run your accounts payables, payroll, financial statements, etc. you'll want to use accounting software such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, etc.

  25. What types of businesses are using Infusionsoft?
  26. All kinds. Growth-minded small businesses, savvy entrepreneurs, marketers, consultants, dentists and other professionals, Internet marketers, mortgage brokerages, real estate investors, consumer product companies (i.e., spelling manuals, instrument and music sellers, health products, magazines) etc. Basically, if you need to market, sell, and communicate with your prospects and customers then you will benefit from Infusionsoft.

  27. How do I know Infusionsoft is the right solution for my business?
