Yes. To help you get the most out of Infusionsoft, a Kickstart Package is required for all new customers. This 30-day service package provides one-on-one coaching to help you strategically plan out your sales and marketing goals and get you up and running quickly. We'll also show you best ways to use our automation tools to capture and convert more leads, grow sales and save hours of time.

No. Infusionsoft is one low monthly price with no contracts or annual fees.
Can I change editions at a later time?
Yes, you can change your edition as your business needs change. To make changes, please call 1.866.800.0004, select option 2, then option 2 again.
Can I add additional users to my account?
Yes! As your business grows, you can easily add additional users for $49 to $69 a month per user, depending on which edition you have. To add users, call 1.866.800.0004.
What happens if I go over my monthly email limit?
If you go over your monthly email limit, you will be charged for email overages at the low price of just $0.002 per email ($2.00 per thousand). To prevent overage charges, you can upgrade your account to include additional contacts and emails. Simply call 1.866.800.0004.
