Clate Mask
CEO and Co-founder
As Infusionsoft’s CEO, Clate leads the company’s vision, strategy and growth. His entrepreneurial spirit sparked early in his career and evolved into the software industry while he was at About.com. From there, Clate co-founded Infusionsoft with brothers Scott and Eric Martineau as a way to give small businesses a leg up with smart marketing automation tools designed just for them. His passion for helping small businesses grow is the driving force behind the company’s success.

Scott Martineau
Co-founder and Vice President, Demand Generation
Scott’s mission is to solve the challenges small businesses face in marketing their products and services. His vision guides the customer experience for Infusionsoft users, leading our support, services and training teams in our goal to revolutionizing the way small businesses grow. His own entrepreneurial experiences and his understanding of what small businesses need enable him to continually evolve our software in innovative and successful ways.

Greg Head
Chief Marketing Officer
Greg’s passion for helping emerging technology companies with their marketing and growth strategies led him to Infusionsoft, where he oversees the company’s marketing strategy. He has a successful history in the software business with a track record of creating winning products, brands and businesses in the CRM space.
Before joining Infusionsoft, Greg spent 15 years helping to grow ACT! and SalesLogix from startups into global brands. He has a B.A. in economics from the University of Iowa. You can follow Greg on Twitter.

Marc Chesley
Chief Technology Officer
With a blend of technical proficiency and entrepreneurial fire, Marc leads our software engineering, systems administration and email deliverability teams in translating vision and design into tangible product to help small businesses succeed. Prior to Infusionsoft, Marc successfully founded, grew and sold a computer and networking services company. He has also held executive positions for WinForce Technologies, Inc. and IT Partners, Inc. As an attorney Marc focused on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions.
A cloud computing and agile development leader, Marc is a certified SCRUM master and SCRUM product owner. He holds a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Arizona State University. Follow Marc and see his latest thoughts on our blog.

Richard Tripp
Chief Product Officer
As Infusionsoft's head of product management, Richard evaluates industry trends and customer feedback to determine which enhancements will make Infusionsoft even better. His entrepreneurial career, combined with 13 years of software development experience, gives him a deep understanding of the needs of small business owners.
Before coming to Infusionsoft, Richard started five companies and spent nearly a decade honing his product development skills at companies like Intuit, Symantec and Novell. He has a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University. You can follow Richard or see what he has to say on our blog.

Hal Halladay
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development
Hal's career spans decades of deal making on Wall Street and leadership roles in technology startups. He leads the corporate development efforts for Infusionsoft, including strategic alliances, acquisitions, trusted advisors programs and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Infusionsoft, he was the CEO of Smi.sh, a platform that brings all your friends, files, feeds, apps and favorites together. He also served as the President and CEO of North Sky, Inc., which was later acquired by About.com.
Hal received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Utah.

Aaron Stead
Vice President, Sales
As Infusionsoft’s vice president of sales, Aaron is instrumental in driving our overall growth strategy. A proven leader with an extensive background in mid-market CRM software, Aaron has a knack for getting to the heart of customers’ needs creating benefits to match.
Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Aaron grew several North American revenue channels for UK-based Sage, a global CRM software firm. He has a B.A. in business administration and communications from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University. Kathy Sacks
Vice President, Communications
A magazine editor, veteran communications pro and proven entrepreneur, Kathy’s marketing career spans over 15 years and covers all sides of marketing, journalism and public relations. In her role at Infusionsoft, she leads brand awareness and takes our small business revolution message to the masses.
Kathy’s drive and entrepreneurial spirit are evident in her successful history of growing organizations, including a boutique PR firm and a publishing company, into highly respected companies. Nancy Schoendorf
Nancy’s illustrious career in software development has given her exceptional insight into what it takes to make a business succeed. In particular, she’s been instrumental in growing companies that are creating new categories or innovating software development and use. She’s currently a partner emeritus at venture capital firm Mohr Davidow, which focuses on bringing new technology-based ideas, products and services to market.
Nancy spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard, where she ran operating systems projects before moving on to serve as an officer and vice president of research and product development at Software Publishing Corp., the creator of Harvard Graphics. She also spent time as director of systems software development at Sun Microsystems.
Geoffrey Moore
Geoffrey has made the understanding and effective use of disruptive technologies the core of his life’s work. He is widely recognized for his expertise in market development and business and investment strategies and has consulted with some of the leading companies in the technology industry.
Geoffrey is best known as a best-selling author of books like Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado, The Gorilla Game and Dealing with Darwin, which are often required reading in business schools across the country. Prior to his work as a consultant and writer, Geoffrey was a principal and partner at Regis McKenna, Inc., a leading high-tech marketing strategy and communications company.
Scott Petty
Scott has a knack for seeing great potential in a company and guiding them toward great success. His experience in the tech industry and his passion for helping businesses led him to be a founding managing director at vSpring Capital, an early stage venture capital firm that invests primarily in technology and life sciences companies.
Scott spent nine years as a consultant with Bain & Company, where he helped IT and non-IT companies reengineer their strategies to produce optimum results. Before founding vSpring, Scott was COO and a board director at Zuka Juice, which was eventually acquired by Jamba Juice.
