Under Clate's leadership, Infusionsoft has landed three rounds of venture capital including a $54 million Series C led by Goldman Sachs. He was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, a Top 100 Small Business Influencer by Small Business Trends, and Business Leader of the Year by the Arizona Technology Council. Clate is a national speaker on entrepreneurship and small business success, and co-author of the New York Times bestseller Conquer the Chaos: How to Grow a Successful Small Business Without Going Crazy. Clate has a B.A. in Economics from Arizona State University, as well as an M.B.A. and a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University.

Scott Martineau

Co-Founder & Senior Vice President of Product Strategy

Since founding Infusionsoft in 2004 with his brother Eric, Scott has been on a mission to revolutionize the way small businesses grow. As Co-Founder of Infusionsoft and Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, Scott leverages his entrepreneurial background, keen understanding of small business, and expertise in Lifecycle Marketing to help drive Infusionsoft forward. He is the co-author of the New York Times bestseller Conquer the Chaos: How to Grow a Successful Small Business Without Going Crazy.

Scott has been instrumental in fostering an award-winning culture at Infusionsoft, which has been named a “Best Place to Work” for seven years running. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University.

Greg Head

Chief Marketing Officer

Greg brings 25 years of software industry experience to Infusionsoft, where he oversees the company's marketing strategy, communications and partner programs. His passion for helping emerging technology companies grow into global brands is supported by his track of record of success creating winning products, brands and businesses.

Greg has held leadership positions at the startup through acquisition stages of two highly-successful CRM software businesses, ACT! and SalesLogix, which have since generated more than $1 billion in total revenue. He also launched a successful consulting company targeted at emerging software and technology service companies, which provides him a first-hand perspective on the unique needs of the small business market. Greg was named the 2013 Marketer of the Year by the Phoenix Business Journal and the Business Marketing Association of Phoenix. He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa.

Marc Chesley

Chief Technology Officer

Marc leads Infusionsoft's software engineering, systems administration and email deliverability teams with a blend of technical proficiency and entrepreneurial fire. His team is responsible for translating vision and design into tangible products that help small businesses succeed.

Prior to Infusionsoft, Marc successfully founded, grew and sold a computer and networking services company. He has also held executive positions for WinForce Technologies, Inc. and IT Partners, Inc. As an attorney, Marc focused on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions.

Marc is a cloud computing and agile development leader, certified SCRUM master and SCRUM product owner. He was named the 2013 CIO of The Year by the Phoenix Business Journal and Arizona Technology Council. Marc holds a Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University and a B.A. in Philosophy from Arizona State University.

Hal Halladay

Chief People Officer

Hal is a seasoned SaaS executive with over two decades of experience in leadership, corporate development and culture. He preserves and fosters Infusionsoft’s award-winning workplace culture while increasing operational excellence through people, process and systems.

Hal has a strong entrepreneurial background: He co-founded NorthSky, a website hosting company that was acquired by About.com, as well as a blog network that served small business. He has seven years of investment banking experience and led Infusionsoft’s acquisitions of CustomerHub and GroSocial.

Hal received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.A. in finance from the University of Utah.

Elizabeth Pitt

Sr. Vice President of Customer Delight

Elizabeth leads Infusionsoft's consulting, support and customer satisfaction teams to deliver a delightful end-to-end experience for customers. Her background in product management and customer-driven innovation, as well as her experience as an entrepreneur and Infusionsoft customer, gives her a unique insight into what small businesses need to succeed.

Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Elizabeth founded Growth Choice Enterprises, a growth consulting, coaching and training company. She oversaw new business initiatives at Intuit, where she served as Director of Product Management, and spent several years as a senior associate at McKinsey & Company. Elizabeth has an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from University of California, San Diego.

Aaron Stead

Sr. Vice President of Sales and Business Development

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Aaron is instrumental in driving Infusionsoft's growth strategy through direct sales, partner programs and business development. A proven leader with extensive background in leading mid-market CRM software sales, Aaron has a strong track record of success in scaling people and departments to drive revenue.

Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Aaron grew several North American revenue channels for UK-based Sage, a global CRM software firm. He has an M.B.A. from the Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University and a B.A. in Business Administration and Communication from Arizona State University.

Joseph DiSabato

Managing Director, Merchant Banking Division, Goldman Sachs Group

Joe DiSabato has been the Managing Director in the Principal Investment Area at Goldman Sachs Group, Merchant Banking Division since 2000. DiSabato joined Goldman Sachs in 1988 and served as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance in New York until being named managing director in 2000 and partner in 2004.

DiSabato serves on the boards of multiple technology companies including American Traffic Solutions, NEOS GeoSolutions, Inc., Endurance International Group, Inc., SilverSky, Inc., APT Software Holdings, Inc. and Backoffice Associates, LLC.

DiSabato holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California at Los Angeles and a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Deepak Sindwani

Partner, Bain Capital Ventures

Deepak Sindwani, partner at Bain Capital Ventures, focuses on growth-stage investment opportunities in leading sales and marketing software companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures in 2009, Sindwani was a senior investment professional with Comcast Ventures, where he led several early-stage and growth-stage investments in the media and communications sectors. He was also a co-founder of an Internet software startup and an investment banker with Credit Suisse’s Technology Group.

Sindwani received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.

Geoffrey Moore

Venture Partner, Mohr Davidow Ventures

Geoffrey has made the understanding and effective use of disruptive technologies the core of his life’s work. He is widely recognized for his expertise in market development and business and investment strategies and has consulted with some of the leading companies in the technology industry.

Geoffrey is best known as a best-selling author of books like Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado, The Gorilla Game and Dealing with Darwin, which are often required reading in business schools across the country. Prior to his work as a consultant and writer, Geoffrey was a principal and partner at Regis McKenna, Inc., a leading high-tech marketing strategy and communications company.

Nancy Schoendorf

Partner Emeritus, MDV

A General Partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures since 1993, Ms. Schoendorf has 39 years of industry experience in a variety of engineering and executive positions and in venture capital. Her investment focus has been in the areas of software and services.
Prior to joining MDV, Schoendorf spent 10 years in engineering and engineering management positions at Hewlett-Packard. She later joined Software Publishing Corp. (SPCO), creator of Harvard Graphics, serving as an Officer and Vice President of R&D and Product Development. Following SPC, she moved to Sun Microsystems where she managed the development of the Solaris Kernel and operating system.
Schoendorf sits on the board of Shutterfly (SFLY) and several private companies. Her investments include Actuate (BIRT), Agile Software (AGIL: acquired by Oracle), Brickstream, Broadbase (acquired by Kana), Datasweep, (acquired by Rockwell Automation) Freshwater Software (acquired by Mercury Interactive), Onvia (ONVI), Infusion Software, and Panasas.
Schoendorf earned a BA with distinction in computer science and mathematics from Iowa State University and an MBA with honors from the University of Santa Clara.

Scott Petty

Managing Director, Signal Peak Ventures

Scott has a knack for seeing great potential in a company and guiding them toward great success. His experience in the tech industry and his passion for helping businesses led him to be a founding managing director at Signal Peak Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm that invests primarily in technology and life sciences companies.

Scott spent nine years as a consultant with Bain & Company, where he helped IT and non-IT companies reengineer their strategies to produce optimum results. Before founding Signal Peak Ventures, Scott was COO and a board director at Zuka Juice, which was eventually acquired by Jamba Juice.

Eric Keller

Audit Chair, Infusionsoft

Eric Keller served as the Chief Operating Officer of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, a venture capital firm, from 2008 to 2014. Previously he was CEO of Movaris, a private software company providing a suite of financial governance applications.

Before Movaris, Keller serviced as Chief Financial Officer for application service provider Corio, business communications company Aspect Communications, medical device manufacturer Ventritex and scientific instrument firm Dionex.

In 2006, Keller was named one of the “Most 100 Influential People in Finance” by Treasure & Risk Magazine.

He holds a BS degree from Cornell University and an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
