As we near the end of 2006 and we all enjoy the holiday season, I want to tell you how much my team and I appreciate working with you and all of our customers to build your businesses.  We at Infusion love helping you and your business succeed and I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for being a client of Infusion Software!

I also want to tell you how excited I am about the year ahead of us.  I just finished a three-day annual strategy planning meeting with the leadership team at Infusion, and let me tell you, we have some great things on the horizon for you.  More training resources, more support muscle, more simplicity in the software, more features to automate your business processes… these are just a few of the things we’ll be delivering to you in 2007 to make your business soar.

Holiday Feature Release

We want you to have plenty of new toys to play with this holiday season so we will be releasing a bunch of enhancements to your CRM on December 14th. Below is a brief list of all the incredible new features and upgrades that will be available to you. You will also want to click on the links to view and print the training of these enhancements. Feel free to add this to your holiday reading so that you can be one step ahead of the competition.
Here are the enhancements that will be included in this year’s Holiday release:

Please remember that in order for us to provide these incredible updates and enhancements to you, there will be a 2 hour maintenance window on December 14th from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Pacific Time in which you can expect from 0 - 15 minutes of downtime. The next time you log into your CRM after 9:00 pm on December 14th, you will have full access to the upgrades.

The Knowledge Base is on Its Way

Infusion Software has a special holiday gift for you this year! We have been sweating around the clock to finally give you what you have been asking for – an easier way to get to better training and documentation. Starting in the New Year, you will have full access to a new Infusion Knowledge Base with updated training materials and a ton of exciting features. You’ll now be able to rate articles, email them to yourself, print one or print the whole manual! You’ll also be able to find what you need much quicker with an improved layout and advanced searching capabilities.
The New Year is all about changing and improving, and we know that the release of the Knowledge Base will be a great tool for you as you go out increasing your sales. We are putting the finishing touches to ensure this holiday gift is perfect for you, but more information about the Knowledge Base will be coming soon, so keep your eyes open!

CRM TIP of the Month

Did you know that you can customize what is displayed in the “From” field of your emails?
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could have your emails say that they were from “John Doe, Inc” (or your company name) rather than jdoe15@yahoo.com! It is very easy to create a custom “From” display for your emails. Simply type the phrase you would like to appear in the “From” field of your email template followed by <youremailaddress>.
Example: John Doe, Inc.  <jdoe15@yahoo.com>

Training Survey Results

Thank you to everyone who participated in our first ever Training Satisfaction Survey. (We were pleased to see that most of you read this newsletter and find the new product information helpful!).
