Q. How long does it take to set up Infusionsoft?
A. It depends on your business, to be honest. Some businesses can be up and running with Infusionsoft in a matter of minutes. Some may require several days to get fully migrated. For most users, they can take advantage of Infusionsoft in under three days. The more features you use, the more time you'll want to dedicate to setting it up for your business.
Q. How complicated is it to set up?
A. We'd be lying if we said it was effortless ... but thousands of entrepreneurs like you have been able to quickly setup and use powerful follow-up sequences. It depends on what you're set out to accomplish, but it can take between one evening to one week to get fully immersed into Infusionsoft. Q. What information can I import into Infusionsoft from my existing software?
A. You can import basic contact information with the standard import tool in Infusionsoft. You may also purchase import assistance for additional information such as orders, contact notes, affiliate information, products, accounts, sales opportunities, etc. All information must be imported from .CSV file format.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. No! Infusionsoft is a month-to-month service that lets you stop anytime. Existing contracts are valid and we still honor those if you have one.
Q. Can I cancel at any time?
A. Yes. If for any reason you need to cancel your Infusionsoft account, simply give us a call. If we can’t take care of your needs, we’ll cancel your account. And you never pay any fees or penalties.
Q. Do I have to call in to cancel?
A. Cancellations can only be completed over the phone. Our number is 1-866-800-0004. Tell us you'd like to cancel and we'll connect you to our Customer Care team.
Q. What if I want to upgrade?
A. Chances are, you will want to upgrade as your business grows. You may upgrade anytime through your Infusionsoft application by clicking on “My Account” or by asking your small business coach to upgrade your application. Upgrade features are instantly available for you to use.
Q. What if I want to downgrade?
A. To ensure that you don't lose any functionality in your application or your important data, you'd need to give us a call to downgrade. Give your small business coach a call so they can put you on the right edition with the right features.
Q. Where can I go to upgrade?
A. It's easy. Just click on “My Account” located along the top of your Infusionsoft application. You may also give us a call to talk about upgrading and we can do it for you.
Q. What if I want to increase my limits?
A. As your business grows, you may hit the limits on your plan. But don't worry. We've got you covered. You may upgrade anytime by clicking the “My Account” link on the top of your Infusionsoft application. You may want to double-check your current edition offering to ensure that you don't pay any overages.

Q. What kind of support do you offer?
A. Infusionsoft provides a wide range of support from our online support center The Fusebox to our U.S. based phone support (not available with the 15-day trial). One-on-one consulting and other services are available.
Q. When can I get through on the support line?
A. The support line is open Monday-Thursday 6:00 am to 5:00 pm (AZ time zone) and Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. We also have after-hours service that will process trouble tickets 24x7.
Q. Are there resources I can go through on my own time?
A. The Fusebox and Launchpad, our greatest resources, are available online with unlimited access.
Q. What if I need other business building resources?
A. You can find a variety of marketing and sales resources through our our blog, the Infusionsoft Community, the Double Your Sales Coaching Program, our newsletter and other business building emails. We also sell marketing and sales materials that can be a powerful resource for your business.
Q. What other services do you offer?
A. Infusionsoft offers Double Your Sales Coaching to entrepreneurs looking to improve their websites, learn basic marketing plans, improve their conversion techniques, and more. Integrations with Existing Software and Websites

Q. What if I don't have a website yet?
A. You will still benefit from Infusionsoft. A website certainly helps you build your business faster. However, there are still plenty of money-making ways you can use Infusionsoft even without a website.
Q. Do you design websites?
A. No, website design is not a service we offer. But if you are looking for web designers, we suggest you browse through our Resource Directory where you will find dozens of listings for web designers, copywriters, and other service providers.
Q. Does Infusionsoft host my website?
A. No. We host your Infusionsoft account and data on our servers, but your business website will remain with your current host.
Q. How does Infusionsoft integrate with my website?
A. Infusionsoft will integrate with your website via web forms, sale forms, and the shopping cart in order to collect information for and automate the follow-up process for new leads, event registrations, sales, membership registration, etc.
Q. Does Infusionsoft integrate with Quickbooks or other accounting software?
A. Yes. Many entrepreneurs are using Quickbooks, so Infusionsoft integrates with Quickbooks through .IIF format. Call our support team if you would like to enable the Quickbooks integration. For other accounting software programs, .IIF will often work, or you can download your orders to .CSV from Infusionsoft and import into your accounting software.
Q. Does Infusionsoft integrate with Outlook?
A. Yes. Infusionsoft has completed and released the first phase of our Outlook integration. With our Outlook integration you can search contact records, attach copies of emails to contact records, and simultaneously send and attach copies of emails, without switching between programs. The Infusionsoft Outlook integration is available to all customers as an add-on application.
Q. Can I integrate with other databases?
A. Infusionsoft integrates with several programs. And through the use of an API developer, more advanced integrations can be completed. However, this is a complex process that requires the skills of a programmer.
Q. Can I integrate with membership sites?
A. Integration is possible with the use of the API. However, if you want to do something this complex, you will need the help of an programmer.

A. Infusionsoft is entirely web-based, so you don't need to download a thing. But we definitely want you to try before you buy. That's why we let you sign up for a 15-day free trial; so you know this is the best solution for your business.

Once You're A Customer

Q. Can I update my own billing?
A. Yes. Your billing information and changes can be made at our CustomerHub portal. Or you can change billing information by calling our billing department at 1-866-800-0004.
Q. If I don't use my account, do I still have to pay?
A. Yes. Infusionsoft does not bill based on usage. Infusionsoft provides you the ability to login to an amazing, automated follow-up software to help you build your business. Whether you choose to actually login and use the system is up to you. Note: Voice and Fax broadcast are exceptions and are billed per usage.
Q. Do you own my data, or can I get it out if I want to?
A. At Infusionsoft, we believe your data belongs to you. And you will have full access to it. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can still export your data from your account.
Q. Will I have a dedicated contact person?
A. Yes. Every new customer is assigned a small business coach. If you have any needs, concerns, or questions, you can get in direct contact with your coach. And if you purchase consulting or “Done-for-you” services, you will also be in contact with a Double Your Sales consultant.

eCommerce

Q. Which Merchant Gateways do you support?
A. We support several Merchant Gateways. See a full list. Our preferred merchant account provider is PowerPay.
Q. What currencies are included in the shopping cart?
A. The shopping cart comes with the ability to take online orders in the following currencies: the U.S. dollar ($), the British pound (£), the South African rand (R).
Q. Can I use the shopping cart for one click upsells?
A. Sure. Using the shopping cart you can easily offer customers additional products and/or services during the checkout process. In fact, it's one of the marketing strategies we recommend in order to double your sales. But this is just one of the many marketing techniques you can put in place with your shopping cart.
Q. Can I create continuity programs?
A. Yes. You can create as many continuity programs as you would like. For each continuity program you can specify things such as the amount you would like to charge and how often you would like to charge your customers (e.g., once a month, every 2 weeks, every 49 days, etc.).
Q. Can the software do auto-invoicing?
A. Yes. You can make Infusionsoft send your customers a copy of an invoice as soon as you receive a payment from them.

Email Marketing

Q. Do I have to double opt-in (confirm opt-in) my email list when I buy Infusionsoft?
A. Infusionsoft does not require double opt-in, but we highly advise all our customers to take advantage of the improved deliverability that double opt-in provides. We do have separate networks for single opt-in and double opt-in subscribers and we strongly recommend double opt-in in order to maximize email deliverability.
Q. How good is your email deliverability?
A. We boast over a 95% email deliverability rate. Since first creating Infusionsoft, we have developed a good reputation with the various ISPs (Internet Service Providers). Meaning...your messages get delivered!
Q. How do I know I'm not a spammer?
A. As a small business owner, you know how important your reputation is. In order to avoid SPAM issues, we recommend you double-opt in your prospect lists. For more details about the CAN-SPAM act, you can visit the Federal Trade Commission's website.
Q. Are you going to write my emails for me?
A. We will not write custom emails for you. But, you will find over 50 email templates pre-loaded into your Infusionsoft account. And if you do need someone to write emails for you, take a look at the copywriters we have listed in our Resource Directory.

Multimedia Marketing

Q. Can I send fax or voice broadcasts?
A. Absolutely. The software has the ability to automate both. However, these services require an additional fee. For more details and to sign-up, call 1.866.800.0004 ext 1.
Q. Can I send direct mail?
A. Yes. There is tremendous power in multi-media marketing. You can easily automate direct mail along with your other marketing efforts.
Q. Does Infusionsoft send direct mail for me?
A. No. Infusionsoft is not a fulfillment house. But, Infusionsoft still automates your direct mail by sending automated messages to whichever fulfillment center you are currently using.
Q. Can Infusionsoft integrate with companies like Send Out Cards?
A. Infusionsoft integrates with Send Out Cards, and other fulfillment places by sending them automated emails with your requests and, if necessary, your attached documents.
Q. Do you create multi-media marketing pieces for me?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer any creative marketing services. However, in the Resource Directory you will find dozens of businesses that offer copywriting, web design, marketing campaigns, etc.
