If they are excited about the CRM demo, you can guess the company takes great pride in truly serving their customers.
CRM demos may last for only ten minutes, all the way up to an hour. If the CRM demo is slow, featureless, and a punishment to sit through, you can guess that your experience with this CRM will be similar.
