Training Webinars

The Infusionsoft training webinars happen on a weekly basis. The purpose of the webinars is to help you learn how and why to use your Infusionsoft account. By attending the webinars, you should have a great understanding of how to continue to set things up in your Infusionsoft account, and work in it on a day-to-day basis.

Monday (1PM Eastern)- CRM Basics:
A top-level overview of Infusionsoft. See how Infusionsoft can help your business. Receive basic training on creating contacts, calendaring, and setting up basic user settings.

Tuesday (1PM Eastern)- Admin Tools and Data Segmentation:
Summary of features in the Admin Settings Section. Also will cover how to do contact imports, segment your contact data, and create custom fields.

Wednesday (1PM Eastern)- Marketing Management:
Summary of features in the Marketing Section. Set up campaigns, webforms, and marketing reports.

Thursday (1PM Eastern)- eCommerce and Order Management:
Summary of features in the Order Section. Will cover products, online sale forms and the shopping cart.

Friday (1PM Eastern)- Business Strategy Session:
Various topics covered by our Product Management team to assist you in learning Infusionsoft business strategies.
